Building personal relationships and helping people in need is why I chose to become a dentist. Changing smiles and helping my patients maintain healthy lives with excellent oral health is an opportunity I get excited about.

When a patient sees their new smile or finishes a procedure that they thought would be difficult, the joy on people’s faces is what I enjoy most about being a dentist. Sometimes patients will come to the clinic with tears in their eyes because their tooth hurts; seeing them leave the clinic happy and relieved after treatment is highly satisfying.

There is truly no better place in the world to practice dentistry than a small town. People are friendly, respectful to each other, understanding, and conscientious. My small-town practice allows me to get to know the people in our local communities and figure out the best way to solve problems together. My family gets to experience the lifestyle I understood and appreciated while growing up in a rural community. For me, small-town living is a wonderful way to practice dentistry.
